Description

Natural and pure this milk is un-homogenised so you'll find a lovely rich layer of cream on top! The cream content will change however as the season and the feed changes throughout the year. Another key difference in our milk is we pasteurize using the lowest legal temperature/time method allowed. This allows the flavour to remain in the milk. It’s all about quality not quantity.
